Abilities:

Milk Time has the ability to create amalgams of anything the stand touches and/or as well having the power to divide certain materials back to it’s original state OR to equalize how much something has. 

The division of the “original state” can also be used in the own stand user, as if the stand user is injected with poison, the stand could reach into the veins of the user, using the same hole and pushing out the poison out, like Jonathan did at one point, pushing out Dio’s blood out.

Milk generally has a long range thanks to his ability to divide and multiply, it’s a long-range stand mainly. The speed is as it can combine compounds in a short amount of time.
